TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Kind customers are requested to accept the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation terms:
- Within 72 hours from the date of the booked tour, the full amount of the deposit
will be refunded.
- Between 72 and 48 hours from the date of the tour booked, 50% of the deposit will be
refunded.
- Beyond 48 hours from the date of the booked tour, no refunds will be made.
Cases of adverse marine weather conditions:
- In all cases in which the captain will cancel the tour, due to adverse marine
weather conditions, customers will be informed in advance by the captain himself and
the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
